Imagine a 9/12 group from Bloomington working with a Tea Party group from Springfield, working with a Mike Huckabee Meetup.com group from Urbana-Champaign...all emailing the same elected officials and news media at the same time to counter the combined efforts of the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, ACORN, etc.

Our opponents realize that this approach works and they abuse it relentlessly. We have to be able to compete...and that's what this announcement is all about. We have officially launched a new site devoted to this purpose, called Illinois Tea. It will serve as a fully-functional command center for coordinating our efforts throughout Illinois.
