“ We used the Bridger-Carter meeting room, It worked out well. We have plenty of parking, acess to restrooms, a good sized room with tables, chairs TV/DVD player, a central location etc. We can rent a power point projector for $8. We have used it the last three times to show our DVDs. This has worked out well as it gives a much bigger image to view. The main drawback to this location is that after library hours first time attendees have trouble finding out how to get into the meeting room. I think the solution is to schedule the meetings at 6:45 or prior to the library closing.
Still think this is a good location, easy to find, not intimidating to first time attendees, unfortunately the price has gone up. $10 per hour instead of the previous $10 per 4 hours for the large room and $5 for the smaller room. ”
