We are getting together with some signs, pamphlets and petitions in an effort to talk with people
about our nations economic state and steer them away from the statist solutions which further
threaten our sovereignty and direct them to remedies found in the Constitution.
This is a good opportunity to educate others and gather allies as we seek to make Congress
(and state legislatures) more constitutional and save our Republic.

The nation-wide day to campaign against the unconstitutional banking cartel known as the Federal
Reserve System no longer seems to have any organized effort in Portland, as is advertised.
We can let this opportunity pass by, or forge our own effort to get the truth out.

Let's see how many are interested in getting together with signs, petitions, and pamphlets and talk with people in downtown Portland.

If you have ideas to share call Allan @ 503-512-7723

"The purpose of the meeting on Jekyl Island was... to come to an agreement on the structure
and operation of a banking cartel. The goal of the cartel, as is true with all of them, was to
maximize profits by minimizing competition between members, to make it difficult for new competitors to enter the field, and to utilize the police power of government to enforce the cartel
agreement. In more specific terms, the purpose and, indeed, the actual outcome of this meeting
was to create the blueprint for the Federal Reserve System"

Help Fight the Cost of Hot Air in Oregon!

Oregon’’s economy came roaring back after the 9/11 recession and with that increased prosperity came increased state and local spending at a higher rate than most states. A series of studies by respected economists in Oregon clearly demonstrates that Oregon overspends compared to other states in total expenditures, K-12, health and hospital, highway, police and corrections and finally welfare expenditures. In fact, Oregon now spends $6,376 per year for every man woman and child and grew it’’s state budget by over 21% last session. This creates enormous pressure to raise taxes and fees on Oregonians, which the last legislature did by enacting increases that cost each person an additional $1,041 or a family of four, $4,164 for the two year budget cycle.

Add to this unsustainable state spending the proposed new climate change taxes, plus possible gas tax, tobacco tax, statewide property tax increases, coupled with the federal AMT tax hit, the expiration of the Bush tax cuts and many new local bond and levy ideas on the ballot this fall and it becomes clear that the overall burden on taxpayers will take it’’s toll on our jobs and economy.

We want to reverse the negative economic trend in the state and create a more prosperous Oregon by putting policies in place which encourage economic growth and lower taxes.

On Saturday, November 15th, you can help turn our state around, by joining Oregon’’s premier grassroots organization fighting for policies which promote free enterprise –– Americans for Prosperity Foundation –– for our Defending the American Dream, The High Cost of Hot Air Summit. Help turn our state around –– register today.

Former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright will be the featured guest of the World Affairs Council
of Oregon to discuss matters of U.S. foreign policy, and specifically her new book, "Memo to the
President Elect". Each attendee will receive a copy of her book.

The evening is billed as "American in the World: A conversation with former U.S. Secretary of State
Madeleine Albright". As another globalist waltzes into town to espouses the virtues and obligations
of international law upon Americans, we have the opportunity to present the true American position.
Portlanders truly interested in peace should remove their support for UN-directed rule of law
which provides for virtually unlimited government power and embrace a true path to peace by
supporting enforcement of government limitations through the U.S. Constitution.

We will be handing out pamphlets in support of our Freedom Campaign. Come join in!
