STATE OF IDAHO V. CHRIS PENTICO
For full details on this case go to our website: http://id4l.com/...... or http://www.challism.c... or http://boiseguardian....
We are helping to organize a support event for Chris Pentico on May 11th. Chris is being sentenced on that day at 11:00 AM (200 W. Front St Boise, ID 83702). We should all be outraged by what happened to him. This is the biggest local violation of civil rights that I have witnessed in recent years. It is time for all patriots to stand tall and say this is our line in the sand. This isn't partisan; it isn't a Republican or Democrat issue; it is a CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE! If this case is allowed to go unchallenged by we the people, it will set a very dangerous precedence.
The plan:
-----> Part 1) We pack the courtroom with as many people as we can. This will send a strong message to Judge Swain. The court starts at 11:00AM but we are unsure of what order the judge will be hearing the cases. That being said, we could be there for a while before he gets to Pentico's sentencing. PLEASE NOTE: We are not trying to be disruptive or disrespectful. We are merely attending the sentencing as a show of support for the Constitution and our Civil Rights.
When: May 11th 11:00 AM
Where: 200 W. Front St Boise, ID 83702
Judge: Swain (Second floor)
Case #MD2008-5321 (State of Idaho v. Chris PENTICO)
-----> Part 2) Regardless of the sentence, we are going to march down to Governor Otter's office and pack it full of patriots. Hopefully we will be spilling out into the hallway. Once again, we are not going to be disruptive or disrespectful. We will not show any signs of aggression or violence. We will remain calm and respectful. We are going to serve Governor Otter with our list of grievances:
* We want the Governor to agree that nobody else should be tried for trespass on public property (since the law only mentions private property);
* We want the Governor to suggest that Legislators reword the current Idaho State trespass law;
* We want the Governor to recognize the right of every person to contact their elected representatives;
* We want the Governor to recognize the right of every person to face their accuser;
* We want the Governor to recognize the right of a jury to be instructed on the Bill of Rights;
* We want Governor Otter waive all monetary fines and fees;
* We want the Prosecutor to release a public apology.
We need large numbers.
This event is being organized in part by the local Ron Paul/Campaign for Liberty Meetup.
