The John Birch Society's Chief Executive Officer, Arthur R. Thompson, brought to Bellevue, WA to speak by the local JBS Chapters for this event, will reveal and document the players who , back, boost, and drive terrorism and will explain how America is focusing on the wrong enemy. Find out constitutional solutions to the problem of terror. Learn the vital role you play in making sure we are not trading our liberty for temporary security. Please come out to this meeting and help hold Congressman Smith's feet to the fire! A good idea would be to come with a scripted question memorized that will throw him off balance. If we can get at least a dozen patriots with good questions to throw at the congressman, it will go a long way toward helping to educate the constituents of his district. Think about how you can catch him in a lie or telling a half truth. One way to do this is to think about how to ask him questions that lead him in the direction of telling that half truth and then use his answer to expose the falsehood to the rest of the crowd. We need help with multiple people to make this work properly. Please plan to attend this event.

All,
At the June 2nd meeting the following was discussed a weekend both at Easter Short Park.
Weekend Booth at Ester Short Park:
-James and Cherilyn reported that to have have a booth in the Weekend Farmer's Market it must sell: agriculture, food, or art.
-The North side of the Park is for free speech
*No charge to setup a booth in the free speech area
*Booth's in the free speech area are not allowed to sell anything
-We can work with Clark County Parks to get a permit to sell items at our booth.
-We will plan on starting a booth in the free speech area. We will be limited to establishing a presents and communicating ideas of freedom. After obtaining a permit to sell items at our booth, we will expand to selling all forms of freedom literature and gear.
What we need:
-Literature on freedom (audios, videos, handouts)
-Tent
-Table
-Chairs
-Donation Box
-Volunteers!!
**portable generator (preferably one that runs quietly) to power a TV or Radio that will be used to play freedom audio and videos
**TV, DVD player, and/or radio
**lemonade, coffee, U.S. Constitutions, or other freebies to bring people into the tent
-These items are needed to make a good presents
**These items are not needed to get started, but would be great if we could make it happen
Timeline:
The Vancouver Farmers Market will run through November 1, 2009, Saturdays 9-3 and Sundays 10-3. We will need to take advantage of the crowd that is brought to the Park by the Farmers Market, especially during the nice summer weekends. I personally can't committee to this until mid-July. However, we talked about starting our presents the weekend of June 20th. In order to make this happen we need to organize the needed items above. I am asking you to let me know if you are interested in helping to get this started in June. I need some people to take this on.

We discussed and selected the next activity to be a Clark County Citizens for Liberty tent/booth at the Vancouver Farmers Market. The booth will be used to get out freedom ideas. The next meeting will be to continue the discussions on the next activities, primarily the Vancouver Farmers Market Booth. Come ready plan. Bring ideas for it.

Todd will be speaking about the different World Government entities and how they work together and who has built it.
