Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, wants to see the Law of the Sea Treaty passed by the U.S. Senate. U.S. President Barrack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Obama, aka Barry Soetoro) wants to see the Law of the Sea Treaty passed by the U.S. Senate, but do you want to see it passed to become the "law of the land" over your activities, your ocean travel rights, fishing, your ocean recreation use, etc.?

Who does want to see the Law of the Sea Treaty passed besides Hillary and Barrack Obama? The United Nations and it's top leaders are fairly salivating over the prospect of taking over all of the earth's oceans!

Check out the latest article about LOST published in The New American magazine, in the September 14, 2009 issue, titled: Through Rose Colored Glasses?- The Promises and pitfalls of the Law of the Sea Treaty."

You can share an electronic version of the article with friends via e-mails for the click of key on your key board. Here's the place to link them to the article:

Here's another New American article that's now available in reprint form from shopJBS.org as an educational tool to reach out to fellow Hawaiians with: http://www.shopjbs.or...

I love these reprints beacause they're only $0.50 each, they're in color, they're on slick paper (professional appearance) and they're not too long for people to read them over lunch. Buy a quantity and say, "Here read this." Then, hand them to a fisherman, or a surfer, or a boat owner at a marina, or someone who runs a beach front hotel that benefits from the ocean, or a State Legislator, or a radio talk show host, etc. You get the idea.

If your group of concerned Hawaiians who are joined together in this meetup doesn't take this ball and run with it, who will? We need Americans in Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, and other coastal states to raise a stink about LOST with their U.S. Senators to insure that this terrible Treaty never gets ratified by the U.S. Senate. Because if it does, you can kiss goodbye the freedom of the seas!

If you want to organize a meetup meeting, e-mail me, Bliss Tew, Assistant Organizer. Give me the details of where you want the meeting (address), date, and time, and I can post the meeting on this website. Or E-mail Sam Antonio, the organizer and ask him to appoint one of you Alaskan members to be an Assistant Organizer so you can schedule your own meetings, OK? Look a the blue column. If it says "email members" then you can click on it and send an e-mail to me.
